By creating an account on SwanHash or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

SwanHash provides cloud-based Bitcoin mining contracts. When you purchase a contract, you are purchasing access to a share of our mining infrastructure for a defined period. SwanHash operates and maintains all hardware on your behalf. Daily mining returns are credited to your account balance according to your active contract terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@swanhash.online if you suspect unauthorised access.

Mining contracts are non-refundable once activated. Contract duration, pricing, and daily return rates are displayed at the time of purchase. SwanHash does not guarantee a specific return — daily payouts depend on Bitcoin network difficulty, hashrate performance, and market conditions.

Deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, and Ethereum (ETH). Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet address is correct — SwanHash cannot reverse transactions sent to an incorrect address. Minimum withdrawal is $20 and requests are processed within 24–72 hours.

Cryptocurrency mining involves significant financial risk. The value of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile. Past returns do not guarantee future performance. You acknowledge that you may receive less than your initial investment.

You agree not to use SwanHash to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programs is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

SwanHash operates a referral programme that rewards users for introducing new active members. Referral bonuses are credited when referred users make qualifying investments. SwanHash reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwanHash and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

SwanHash reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
